Yifei is a self-shooting director and editor based in Cologne, Germany. After growing up and studying Cinema and Televison in China, she moved to England in 2010 and took on her journey as a visual storyteller. As soon as receiving her MA in Directing Digitial Film and TV, she started working for a London-based Sino-Britain TV company as an all-rounder to produce bilingual programmes.

After the 2012 Olympic Games, during which she worked as an ENG Assistant for the OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Services), Yifei became a freelancer and worked with different production companies in London to help deliver authentic visuals that connect with both local and Chinese audience.

She speaks Mandarin/Cantonese, English and German.
